A: Within 30-35 days after receiving 30% deposit payment.
Q2: .What sizes of mattresses do you carry? Do you make custom sizes?
A: We can offer different sizes and also make custom sizes.
Q3: Are you a factory(manufacturer)?
A: Yes, we are a professional mattress manufacture factory with 27 years history.We have our own production workshop and production facilities, offering different kinds of superior quality mattress with competitive price and perfect service.
Q4: Could you provide customized products? Can put our logo on mattress?
A: We accept personal design, so of course can put your logo on mattress. please tell us your requirement.(Size, material, thickness, color, packing etc.)
Q5: How is your quality control?
A: Quality is priority and survival. We always pay most attention and adopt strict standard to the quality control and inspection from the beginning to the end of each step.
Q6: How is your packing for oversea purchasing?
A: Bellow are three packing way, can choose according to your requirement.
1)Flat compress: PE bag and wooden pallet （for whole saler)
2) Roll up: PE bag and Carton or plastic bag ( For online sale, retail)
3) Non-compress: PE bag and kraft paper (Personal used)
